Q: What is EZ Cash?
A: E-Z Cash is a new and innovative way for Landscape Contractors to provide financing for their residential landscaping projects.  It allows their customers to take advantage of low monthly payments rather than one large up front fee.

Q: What can E-Z Cash pay for:
A: E-Z Cash can be used for anything related to landscaping. Such as: retaining walls, paver patios, landscape lighting, sprinkler systems, lawns, trees, shrubs, even outdoor furniture and tools.

Q: How do I get paid?
A: A certified check will be issued for 1/2 of the total bid prior to starting the job.  The 2nd half of the funds, will be paid upon completion of the job.  Funds can be paid directly to the Homeowner, or a joint check with the Landscape Contractor, depending on what is requested.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Approximately 3 business days after completion on the loan application.  However, this time may vary based upon the Homeowner request.

Q: Will I be notified if the Homeowner is approved?
A: Yes.

Q: Will I be notified if the Homeowner is not approved?
A: Yes.  This also gives you the ability to decide if you should or should not still proceed with the project.  If the Homeowner is not approved for E-Z Cash, will they have the funds to pay you after completion?

Q: How long has this program been around?
A: Officially launched by Price Financial Services, Inc. in the summer of 2006, E-Z Cash is the culmination of over 4 years of research and development.

Q: How do I offer E-Z Cash to my customers?
A: First, fillout and send in the Dealer Membership Application.  Second, include a monthly payment option in your bid package.  The monthly payment can be calculated online or estimated via the E-Z Cash Bid Sheet.  Third, include an E-Z Cash Application with your bids and encourage your customers to send it in.

Q: What is the cost?
A: $395 yearly fee

Q: How do I pay the fee?
A: Credit Card or Check

Q: Why is there a fee?
A: The fee covers the cost of all the credit reports we will run on your customers, literature, and our service fees.

Q: What type of support do you offer?
A: The E-Z Cash program is designed to help you sell more, faster, easier and for larger amounts. As an E-Z Cash Dealer Member you will receive marketing materials, bid sheets, and How To presentations. Additionally, you will be listed on our website as a Qualified Landscape Contractor, benefiting from our lead generation service. And we are always looking for ideas, so don't be afraid to share yours.

Q: What type of marketing materials do I receive?
A: Point of Purchase Displays, Pamphlets, and Applications.  You are also able to display the E-Z Cash logo on your website and advertisements.  And we are always looking for ideas, so don't be afraid to share yours.

Q: What type of payment plans are available through E-Z Cash?
A. We offer a full range of payment plans, from 2 to 15 years.

Q: What is the interest rate on the loan?
A: The interest rate will vary due to the applicants credit score and type of loan.

Q: What are the total costs to the Homeowner to do this program?
A: There is no out of pocket expenses.  All closing costs and related fees are financed into the loan amount.

Q: What if the project costs more than what we agreed to?
A: We suggest the Homeowner request 10 to 15% more on the loan than what the project will cost, this way they will have the extra money for overruns.  If the project is running higher than quoted, you must submit a new bid sheet with all parties signatures

Q: What if the project costs more than the loan amount?
A: You and the Homeowner need to resolve this situation.  We suggest the Homeowner borrow 10 to 15% more than needed in case this does happen.

Q: Do I have to release my lien rights?
A: You do not need to release your lien rights until you have been paid in full for your work and materials.

Q: Can I file a lien after the loan is closed?
A: Yes.  If you are still owed money.
