Landscape Contractor
General Guidelines
for
E-Z Cash Processing... |
1. Landscape contractor prepares proposal for
homeowner including cost, timeline
& payment schedule.*
2. Homeowner applies for E-Z Cash
via three options:
a) Fill out, the 
b) Fax, the paper application to
(507) 424-1859
c) Call, the toll free number and speak to a loan specialist at:
(877) 25-PRICE

3. Price Financial Services ("PFS") will
contact the homeowner within
24 hours of receiving their information.
Rates & terms will be
explained, appraisal and title may
be ordered depending on the type
of financing.
4. Appropriate paperwork will be
collected by PFS from the homeowner
including but not limited
to the contract between the
homeowner & landscape contractor.
5. Homeowner will be notified of
approval. A closing appointment
will be scheduled with a local
title company. (if home equity
was chosen)
6. The landscape contractor will also be
informed of the approval or non-approval and the
exact loan amount. (If a draw
schedule is requested, it will be
forwarded to the lender or title
company for processing).
7. Payments will be made with certified
funds. Payment can be made
directly to the homeowner or a
joint check with the landscape contractor.
8. Upon receipt of the last payment,
the landscape contractor will release and
indemnify the homeowner of any
contractors and/or mechanics
liens.

* The satisfaction of the completed work will
need to correspond with the contract
between the homeowner and the landscape contractor. |
